I am so grateful to the Gilman Scholarship and my family for making this dream a reality. Without their support, I might never have taken this leap of faith. I’m also thankful to Reach the World for letting me share my story with you. Writing these articles helped me realize just how much I’ve grown into the woman I am now. I’m more independent and I trust myself more than I ever have before.
I am sad to leave this "fantasy" and go back to my everyday life, but I know I’m going back as a different person. I am more confident and ready to take on whatever comes next.
