One of my favorite ways to learn about Germany has been through its food. Whether I’m warming up in a café with a friend or trying a specialty from a historic town, each meal tells a story. In Germany, food is not just about eating -- it’s about Gemütlichkeit (coziness and togetherness), regional pride and enjoying simple things done really well.
