Thank you so much for taking part in my journey throughout Peru with me. Sharing my perspective with you and hearing from you through our video calls has been an integral part of my experience in Arequipa, thus far. I hope I have also been able to amplify your global and cross-cultural understanding in your educational journey.
My Spanish language skills have been essential to my success while living abroad. I am especially thankful for Mrs. Freeman for providing me with a solid foundation in Spanish grammar, which allowed my language skills to skyrocket. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable it is to learn a foreign language while you are young, regardless of whether you decide to travel or stay in the United States. Make the most of every opportunity in your language classes—what you gain now will open doors for you in the future!
