This week I didn't travel very far, just 200 miles or so when I visited Prague. Most days I stayed close to home in Lanškroun.
I've traveled over 7,000 miles traveled so far!
This week I traveled by car and train, which is the easiest way to get to Prague with its narrow streets and crazy traffic. Driving next to a tram is very stressful!
The National Theater in Prague is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in the Czech Republic. All of the golden terraces covered in rich, red velvet cloth and ornate Greco-Roman paintings on the ceiling made me feel like I was in a novel from the 1800s like Tolstoy's "War & Peace."
