Transportation in South Africa!

I also had no sense of direction. But with time I've grown more familiar with this city, and I can now navigate around it with a measure of confidence. Our program dropped groups of us off in the middle of the city during our first week in the program. We had to find our way back to our program building without using Google Maps or Uber. This exercise forced us to talk to people and to figure out the train system!

Is this way of getting around connected to the culture and environment, How?:

The inexpensive minibuses are often packed with black and brown faces. You will rarely see a white person on these buses. This speaks to the economic disparity in South Africa, where an overwhelming proportion of the population is living below the poverty line, and only a tiny minority lives lavishly.
