How far did I travel this week?:

Walking to and from the night market was 5.4 kilometers (3.4 miles) which took about an hour round trip. I walked a total of about 56000 steps last week to and from school, running errands and going to the markets. This total is up to 451 kilometers (280 miles) walking within Wellington city since my arrival!

How far have I traveled on this journey so far?:

On this journey, the farthest place I have traveled is Lake Taupo, and due to my studies, I am in Wellington city most of the days. Only calculating that one trip, 6 hours drive one way, I have traveled 400 kilometers (248 miles) one way. On that trip, I have traveled 800 kilometers (496 miles) counting round trip.

How did I get around this week?:

This week I walked. I did not take the bus because I wanted to walk more this week.

What was the most interesting place I visited this week?:

The most interesting place I visited was the night market. The night market was filled with lights, people and delicious food! It was my first time visiting the Basin Reserves in Wellington.
