The weather was super gloomy this week but this is very common for this time of year. It was usually raining when I woke up and nearly freezing (32 degrees) when I get home, so I have been wearing my rainboots and winter coat. The best thing is to stay inside and have some tea with friends! Germans really like ingwertee (ginger tea).
Since the weather has not been nice, I did not see a lot of animals this week. I mostly see people's pet dogs on my ride to work. In Germany, it is really common to take your dog with you on public transport (trains, subway, buses). German dogs are really well trained and usually don't even need to be on a leash!
