During these past few months, I have lain on the sandy Caribbean beaches of Parque Tayrona in Santa Marta and traversed the Amazon rainforest. I have encountered the Ciudad Perdida in the Sierra Nevada mountains, and taken the fast public transit in the big, trendy cities of Bogotá and Medellín. As semana santa (Holy Week) approaches, I plan to continue traveling around and exploring the beauty that is Colombia.
