As time went on it grew larger and larger, forming its 20 neighborhoods, or arrondissements as the French people call them. When you look at a map of Paris today, it's easy to see that the Paris arrondissements form a spiral starting from Île de la Cité, with the Seine river flowing through it. These arrondissements are all very different, with very notable features that makes you wonder how could they all possbly be a part of the same city. Let's have a look at them!
