I loved taking the train with my classmate Irati. We went to Durango, which is 30 minutes from Bilbao. It was super fun, and it was my first time taking a train to another town, so it was a really cool experience! I had fun seeing the annual festival in Durango, which had people dancing at the church. I saw people climbing the church, too! For dinner we had pintxos, which are small appetizers very popular in the northern part of Spain.
I am currently reading a book called El estudiante de Salamanca, by the Spanish writer José de Espronceda. It's a romantic novel about Felix and Elvira who fall in love and stay together until the last of their days.
Maybe I'll have more games to write about next time!
This week I planned a trip with my two close friends Lizzie and Michael. We are going to visit Italy during the following week. We are going to the Vatican, to the Pantheon, and to some museums as well. I am looking forward to spend time with my friends on that trip.
