We had roasted yak and toasted barley, which was delicious.

We listened to a famous Ladakhi band called Dashugs, who blend traditional Ladakhi folk music with more modern rock sounds.

What activity was the most fun this week?:

Careening around turns, trying to get to the snow leopard sighting spot fast enough to catch them!

What did I read this week?:

The Snow Leopard, by Peter Matthiessen, chronicles the author’s expedition in a nearby region to find the same animal I’m looking for.

What games or sports did I play this week?:

We didn't have the opportunity to, because we were outside exploring for snow leopards and unique animals!
