My Daily Life in Prague!

Introduction:

Choosing to study abroad has been easily the best decision I've made, and something that I 100% recommend you all do when you get older! Here's a little look into some of the things that I've been doing while in Prague.

What is your full name?:

My name (as you know) is Sasha!

Where do you live? What is your house like?:

I live in a small apartment here! I have one roommate and two other flatmates who are in a different bedroom, and we all share a small kitchen and living area. I'm on the third floor and live next to an apartment with two guys who are also good friends. The house comes with pretty good kitchen equiment and a washer, but no dryer, so we hang up everything on drying racks. We have two bathrooms and a couch. Overall, it's a pretty good set-up.

What is your family like?:

I don't have real family in the Czech Republic, sadly, but I consider my roommates to be kind of like a second family. They're all super great!  We're all very different, but we have a fun time hanging out. Meeting and living with them has been one of the best parts of my experience abroad.

How do you get around?:

I usually take the metro (subway) to get to school and the tram (kind of like an electric bus) for pretty much everything else.
