Rather than studying medicine, business or engineering, I want to go into the field of policy, about which I hope to teach all of you as well! First, though, I need to break out of the Texas bubble and learn about life abroad! I am really looking forward to sharing my experiences in Taiwan with you.
I landed in Taipei on February 5th, 2023, and I'll be here until June 12th. During this time, I want to keep advancing my Chinese language proficiency while learning about the Taiwanese perspective on different topics in international relations. While I'm here, I plan on visiting all over the island, eating all kinds of food and meeting so many people. I will also be taking you all along with me for the ride, and connecting my experiences here with your experiences in the classroom.
