I had a great time sharing my experience abroad with such a wonderful and curious classroom. I am thankful to the Gilman Scholarship Program for allowing me to share South Korea with you all. The Gilman Scholarship is a scholarship awarded by the U.S State Department for students looking to travel abroad. Through this program, I was able to share South Korea with you without you having to leave your classroom.
I love how you were all curious, happy and excited to learn about South Korea in your own ways. I'm from a small island in the Caribbean and I wish I had an experience to learn about fun new cultures in school. I hope this experience keeps you curious about the world and all the wonderful people and cultures in it.
