Traditional Japanese foods differ quite a bit from those in America. It is important to approach them with an open mind. I have tried many different foods, but ajinohiraki stood out the most so far!
In the ward that I am currently living in, there was a local festival that happens every year! I attended with a friend and got to practice some Japanese! Hope you enjoy!!
