During onboarding, Reach the World will establish your account for communication within your journey group. Your journey group includes you, your traveler, Reach the World staff, and professional and volunteer editors. You will receive instructions on setting up your account via email. If you encounter any issues, please contact the RTW staff, as this communication line is integral to our success. Once set up, personalize your profile by adding a photo and configuring the account to receive email notifications for new messages through the RTW messaging platform.
At the start of your journey, RTW will send a message through this platform summarizing the editorial calendar and plan made during your Journey Kickoff Call. Utilize this message thread to share ideas, discuss your students' learning goals, share classroom updates, and read feedback from your editors on the content published by your traveler exclusively for you.
