This week marks the end of my Reach the World journey with you all! I hope you've learned a little bit about what life is like here in France and how it compares to the US. As I sit here in my hotel room in La Rochelle, France, a popular coastal vacation town on the Atlantic, I'd like to take a moment to review the articles from this year.
I first (re)introduced you to the city of Rennes and gave you a photographic tour of the city. We then took a deep dive into the workings of the Fifth French Republic, the current government of France, and we got a peek into the life of Axel, a student at ENS Rennes. Finally, we learned about how the Atlantic coast has impacted the Brittany region. And that's not to mention my previous content in last year's farewell address.
It's been a remarkable experience sharing my journey with you all. I hope I’ve inspired you to come visit France in the future, whether through a study abroad program or a program such as Fulbright. You won't be disappointed!
Kenavo ar c’hentañ! À la prochaine ! Until next time!
