The music I heard was beautiful and made me feel like I was in a movie. Sometimes couples dance in front of these performers, which make it even cooler.
The most fun I had this week was when I went to DisneyLand Paris! It is similar to our Disney parks but a little different. Everything was in French and English, and the other park visitors spoke many different languages. This Disney park is the only one in all of Europe. I loved getting to ride all of the rides, eat delicious treats and, of course, the best part was watching the fireworks over the castle.
This week, I took a break from reading books. Instead I spent the week reading street signs and museum plaques. I focused completely on enjoying my break from school by learning through experiences. I also read tons of fun facts while waiting in lines. One cool fact I learned about the Louvre is that there are 673 glass panels making up the famous pyramid.
One game my friend and I played was at the art museums. We went around and tried to look like art. This was fun to do because we were able to enjoy the art and statues while still being silly.
One of my favorite parts of this trip was getting to eat all of the different sweet treats. I tried fresh macaroons, eclairs and cookies.
