Lunfardo is what the slang, or vocab, of the city of Buenos Aires, is called.
Lunfardo originated from Italian and Spanish immigrants and is now used by mostly the youth of the city, but everyone knows the words! There were huge houses called conventillos that were shared by poor families, so it was a place of discussion and sharing. This is how the language started getting used and passed around.
Below, I will list the lunfardo followed by the Spanish meaning followed by the English meaning!
