The Käsekrainer was preprepared via cooking a smoked sausage on a grill that's already seasoned and stuffed. Then, they take a long piece of bread and stick it on a heated metal stick, cooking it from the inside, and putting condiments directly into the hollowed-out bread. The food is made with authentic Austrian bread and Austrian sausage, so you know you're tasting real Austrian cuisine when you take your first bite. They were even added to UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list in 2024. The Würstelstands are a big part of Austrian culture, loved by tourists and locals alike.
