Great Ocean Road

This week, my friend and I travelled along the Great Ocean Road. It is a road that winds along the coast of Australia. It guides you along the edges of cliffs, while the ocean waves crash below.

These giant hills would be excellent for sledding. Too bad Australia hardly ever gets snow!
A lot of the rocks we saw had massive pieces missing from them. This one formed a little cave just big enough to fit me!
We also visited the Twelve Apostles. They are a collection of limestone formations that stand in the ocean. How cool!
The limestone formations that are part of the Twelve Apostles are constantly changing. As the ocean waves crash against them, little bits of rock slowly fall off. Eventually, the formations will fall into the ocean and new ones will replace them.
