It was such a fun way to see another island and get to experience a city. Plus it felt nice to be moving a lot after having to sit at the airport and on the plane.
I just started a new book, actually! In Spanish it's called El monje que vendió su ferrari: Una fábula espiritual ("The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari: A Spiritual Fable"). I'm only a couple of chapters into it, and frankly I'm don't love it. But I think it might get better towards the end. So stay tuned!
I've recently been going to the gym a lot more frequently, and then of course I'm running a lot. This weekend, though, I mostly rested after the marathon. Running isn't great for my knees, so it hurt to walk for a few days afterwards.
I'm back in Fuerteventura now. While I loved traveling, it is nice to be back "home."
