Not far! The most I did was probably a 15-minute motorbike ride to my Nepali class. I can walk to my office from my apartment, so a lot of my week was just spent between work and home. Next week, however, I will be traveling to work with Greenhood Nepal on their medicinal plant programs.
Besides getting from the U.S. to Kathmandu, which took about 30 hours, the farthest I have travelled so far has been to Madi, a village near Chitwan. Nepal has a lot of travel infrastructure since there are so many tourists, so getting anywhere does not take too much effort (except for, of course, somewhere like the top of Mt. Everest).
I mostly walk between my office and home, or can walk to the market to pick up groceries or food. For longer trips, there are ride share apps that I use to take a motorbike whereever I need to go. Motorbikes are by far the most popular form of transport for people around here.
I enjoyed visiting the Boudha Stupa, one of the most iconic spiritual landmarks of Kathmandu. It is a huge temple meant to represent the Buddha, though like most temples in Nepal there is a combination of Hindu and Buddhist influences and people from both religions will come to pray.
