Goodbye for Now

Thank you!

This is my last article for my journey page. However, that doesn't mean you have to stop learning about Vietnam. In fact, if there is anything that you still want to know, any questions that Ms. Sale and I haven't answered for you yet, let me know. I would be happy to talk to you more and answer or find the answer to any questions you still have. I have a few questions for all of you which you can answer if you want and if you have time:

  • What is one thing you didn't know about Vietnam that you know now after reading parts of my journey page and videochatting with me?
  • Do you think there are any things that are similiar between cultures in Vietnam and cultures in the U.S.?
  • If you had a chance, would you want to travel to Vietnam?

Finally, it is common in Vietnam for people to give each other good wishes when they say goodbye. So, here are mine to you in Vietnamese:

Chúc tất cả các em học giỏi và thành đạt trong cuộc sống. Chúc các gia đình của các em có nhiều sức khỏe và luôn luôn hạnh phúc. Chào tạm biệt và cám ơn các em nhiều vì tất cả nha!

"I hope all of you do well in school and in life. I wish your families good health and lifelong happiness. Goodbye and thank you for everything."
