A Farewell to South Korea

Studying abroad has also taught me about myself. Living alone in another country forced me to become more independent and confident. There were moments where I felt nervous or out of place, especially because Korean and English are not my first language. However, I learned that it is okay to ask questions, make mistakes and slowly improve over time. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.

I especially want to encourage all of you to stay curious about the world around you. Traveling and learning about other cultures can completely change your perspective and help you understand people better. Even if studying abroad or traveling feels impossible right now, there are many scholarships and opportunities that can make it happen in the future. I was able to study here thanks to opportunities and support that helped me reach my goal.I hope you will also chase your own plans, no matter how far away they seem.

As I prepare to continue my journey, South Korea will always remain very special to me. I will miss the beautiful streets of Seoul, the food, the music, the late-night adventures with friends and the feeling of constantly discovering something new. Most importantly, I will always be grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with all of you.

Thank you so much for following my journey and for taking the time to learn about South Korea with me. I hope that one day you will also have the chance to explore the world, learn new things and create unforgettable memories of your own.
