The best activity was just relaxing by the beach. At Palm Beach restaurant, when you eat outside and it gets darker and cold, they give you blankets. It was nice to just see the sunset on the beach while being in a warm blanket and drinking some warm tea.
I kept reading my Shadow and Bone book by Leigh Bardugo. From what I have read so far, the protagonist, Alina Starkov, gained control over her sun summoning powers. She is going to show her improved skill for the kingdom to see. I wonder what will happen next!
I did not play any sports or games, but volleyball would have been nice. However, nobody at the beach played any sports or games either. Some people, such as my friend, went for a swim though. I do not know how to swim, so I did not join him.
Another thing worth talking about was the way Japanese people acted when it came to taking photos. People who wanted to take pictures under or in front of the Torii gate waited in line.
