I listened to a Pandora radio station on my phone during the bus ride back to London this week. I listened to a variety of the popular songs that I hear back in America a lot.
Walking through the gardens of the Lanhydrock was my favorite activity this week. It was very nice to take a break from the busy city life of London and just walk through nature on a beautiful, sunny day.
I read a couple of plays this week. In one of my classes, we are reading a play called "A Doll's House" by Henrik Ibsen. It is one of my favorite plays to read. I also read a little of the play "Wicked." It was quite fun to read this play after seeing the live show.
I went surfing this weekend while I was in Cornwall. It was cold and rainy, but it was actually warm in the ocean, especially since I had a wetsuit to keep me warm.
One of the local foods in Cornwall is a pasty. They are really good. It is a type of pastry filled with meat and vegetables. It makes a really good lunch or snack! You can sometimes find them in other parts of England, but they are very popular in Cornwall.
