Spanish is mainly spoken here. Although Spanish is very broad, in Argentina, there is a distinct dialect called Rioplatense Spanish.
Argentine Pesos are used as currency here. There are no coins, only cash.
At a kiosk, one flat water would cost 2500 pesos, which is about $1.64 USD.
The best meal I had this week was a steak and fries! The steak here is very juicy and tender, with surprisingly good flavor despite the lack of seasonings.
This week I listened to a lot of Reggaeton and Argentinian dance music.
The most fun activity I did this week was dancing at the Oktoberfest festival in Córdoba!
I am currently interning at Icana, a binational center in Argentina, and in their library, I have access to many books, so I am reading ¨The Let Them Theory.*
