She also likes Paris Berelc because she watched her in the show Alexa and Katie, and she likes Aitana, a famous singer from Barcelona.
Lucía enjoys listening to all kinds of music. The only music she doesn’t usually enjoy is rap music.
Lucía wants to be an English teacher in Spain for ESO classes. ESO includes the grades that are most similar to middle school and early high school in the U.S., which includes students ages 12 to 16.
To become a teacher in Spain, Lucía will have to complete all four years of ESO and two years of Bachillerato (which is similar to students in the U.S. completing middle school and high school), and she will study English philology (filología de inglés) for four years at a university, similar to our four years of studying a major in college. To officially become a teacher, Lucía will eventually have to pass a big exam at the end of her studies. She is so good at speaking English already that I have no doubt she will be a great teacher one day!
Lucía wishes to go somewhere where they speak English so she can practice the language. She would really love to visit New York City. She has seen the city in movies, and her mom visited has before and enjoyed her trip. If Lucía has the opportunity to visit New York, she wants to go to a restaurant and try the typical food -- particularly NY-style pizza, a breakfast sandwich and NY-style cheesecake.
