It is about 7.5 miles to Ordino from my home in Andorra la Vella. I took a bus, and the ride lasts about 30 minutes.
On my journey, I have traveled to Madrid, the Canary Islands and Barcelona in Spain. I have traveled to Toulouse in France, and I have traveled to Rome in Italy. Of these trips, the longest was to the Canary Islands, which are about 1,755 miles from me in Andorra!
I used the bus, and I walked a lot! I also have some very nice colleagues and friends that drive me home after work in their cars.
The most interesting place was by far the Postal Museum in Ordino. I think it is so cool to learn about how mail gets around in such a tiny country and compare it to the way the U.S.A. sends mail. One big difference is that Andorra actually doesn't have its own mail system, like U.S.P.S. or Fedex. Andorra uses Spain's and France's mail systems to send mail around the world!
