The district I live in here in Guangzhou is very large, about the same size as most American cities. Imagine if all the people in New York City lived in Brooklyn— that is what life is like here. This week, I decided to explore other districts of Guangzhou that are full of ancient history, which means they are hundreds, or even thousands, of years old.
