In Cochabamba, the morning was full of costumes from movies, and the afternoon was full of folk costumes.
This week, I read a short essay by a water activist in Cochabamba, called Oscar Olivera. I learned about what reciprocity (give and take) can mean for activism. Olivera started the planting organization that works with elementary, middle, and high schools on how to plant produce and save water!
