The weather in Cochabamba is always unpredictable. In the morning it could go from sunny blue skies to a ten minute rain storm, back to blue skies— and it did on Tuesday. This week it was really warm, 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit for most of the days, but it was also a little cloudy.
In the city there are dogs everywhere, even some walking through the Carnival dances and taking a nap in a computer lab I went to. I'm not allowed to pet them, but most of the dogs are really sweet!
The changing weather was definitely pretty cool!
