Daily Life in for Japanese University Students

Introduction:

Everyone's daily life is different, even for people living in the same community. I recently interviewed two friends from two different cities about their daily lives. Lisa is from Tokyo and studies with me at Waseda University. My other friend, Kaito, lives in Osaka and studied with me at Osaka University in the summer of 2018. What follows are their answers to the questions posed.

What is your full name?:

Our full names are Lisa Fujii & Kaito Yasuda.

Where do you live? What is your house like?:

Lisa: I live in southern Tokyo. My house is big compared to other houses in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Kaito: I live in Osaka, in a dormitory for students.

What is your family like?:

Lisa: I live with my parents, sister and my grandparents.

Kaito: I live with my father, my mother and two cats.

How do you get around?:

Lisa: I bike a lot and often use trains and buses.

Kaito: I mainly get around by bicycle.

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

Lisa: I like formal clothing. I rarely wear jeans.

Kaito: I like to wear street or hip-hop style clothes.
