Your Average Josef

Me: And can you say "Hello!" in Czech for us?

Joey: Ahoj! Or Ciao! You can say what you want. Or dobrý den, that's like formal. Daror nazdar.

Do you have pets?:

Joey: Oh yeah! I have got a fish. That's the first one. It's got a pretty unusual name. Its hej kámo, which in Czech is like "Hey bro!" or something like that. And I've got a dog as well, that's Athos, if you know the Three Musketeers.

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

Joey: A lot of places. I've been to Croatia on holidays. I've been in England, as well in the eighth class, for like one week or two weeks. I'm not sure. And I've been to Italy once as well for skiing.

What do you do for work?:

Joey: I don't have work because I don't have any free time. When I arrive at my home, I'm just helping my family do some stuff in the garden and that's pretty much it.

Me: You work in the cow house here, like an internship. What's your cow's name?

Joey: That's Eclipse.

Me: And what do you do every day at the cow house?

Joey: We are doing different things every day. The main thing we are doing is we are taking the cows out of the cow house and we are taking them like dogs [on a leash] to prepare them for some big championships.

Me: So, we have 4-H where I am from where we show pigs and cows and sheep. Do you have to wear a uniform or something when you show your cow?

Joey: Yes, we are wearing white shirts or something like that with the name of our school on the back and some white jeans with it.
