I did not have much time for sports this week besides the roughly eight or nine miles of walking my girlfriend Juliana and I did each day as we explored Italy and Switzerland. We did go ice skating at midnight on New Years' Eve in Interlaken, Switzerland to help ring in the new year!
It was so cool to spend my Christmas and New Years' holidays here abroad in Europe, but I did definitely miss my family back home. It made me very aware of and very thankful for the modern technology that we have that allowed me to FaceTime with my family across the world to catch up with them, hear about their holidays, and tell them that I love them and miss them.
