The Life of Giorgia

Introduction:

These questions were asked of Giorgia, a 9-year-old girl whom I was an au pair for last year. This weekend, I was able to visit her and her family again and interview her!

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

For breakfast, I love to eat toast with strawberry jam or a yogurt. For lunch, I usually eat whatever the school provides us in the mensa (cafeteria). And for dinner, I love to eat pasta, in particular, carbonara or pesto!

What is your house like?:

My home is duplex style with my cousins living on the other side. We have a gated yard so we can all play together all of the time. The house is small and narrow, but we love it. Downstairs, we have our living room, kitchen, bathroom and an office space. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms and another bathroom.

What chores do you have at home?:

At home, I get to have a lot of fun, but my parents also make me help out too. I do chores like washing dishes, sweeping and cleaning my bathroom. For my family, it is very important to have a clean and organized home.

What jobs do your parents have?:

My father works at a biomedical corporation and my mother does accounting for her cousin's small pottery business.
