It was really beautiful to see the canals of water running through the cities nearby. There are a few "canal-cities" in Belgium and in the neighboring country, the Netherlands. I visited Amsterdam this past weekend, which is in the Netherlands and is which is arguably the most famous canal city in the world. I look forward to visiting Bruges, a canal city in Belgium, during one of the upcoming weekends. Ghent is another Belgian city that has canals, and I am excited to see how the canal cities in Belgium differ from Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
