I traveled a long distance! I began in Cape Coast and traveled to Accra (a distance of 91 miles). I then flew to Lisbon, Portugal (a distance of 2,354 miles) and from there to London, England, U.K. (a distance of 985 miles). From there I went on to Chicago, Illinois (a distance of 3,950 miles). Then I was finally on my way to my permanent home in Georgia (a distance of 587 miles). After that, all that was left was to travel to New York City (a distance of 799 miles). Altogether, that's 8,766 miles!
Adding the most recent 8,766 miles into my old total of 12,775 miles and I've now traveled a grand total of 21,541 miles! For reference, the circumference of the Earth at the equator is around 24,902 miles! I've almost circled the Earth at its widest point by this time.
I have traveled by van, car, plane, bus, subway and walking.
I got to spend a small amount of time in London, which is always my favorite place. I'm always happy to have a layover there!
