Here in New York, as you all know, English is the main language; since New York gets visitors (and claims locals) from around the world, there are a vast variety of languages that can be heard while traversing the city. At home in Georgia, there is mainly English and Spanish spoken. In England, the main language is English. Back in Ghana, the main langauges are English and Fante/Twi in my region.
In the U.S., the currency is U.S. dollars. In the U.K., the currency is British pounds. In Ghana, the currency is cedis.
At home, there's a large range; I would say anywhere from $0.10 to $3-$4, depending on several things. In the U.K., most water bottles probably cost between £1 and £3. In Ghana, most water bottles cost between one cedi and five cedis.
I must confess that I've really enjoyed eating American food again! The best meal has probably been Americanized Chinese food here in New York. I ate sesame chicken with rice, and it was delicious!
