I didn't travel too far this week! I stayed in Utrecht, but I explored more of the city center over the holidays.
I've traveled pretty far on this journey so far! I flew from Oklahoma to the Netherlands and went back to the US for a visit. I also traveled to Switzerland and Portugal. I've stopped counting, but I think I've traveled tens of thousands of miles just this year!
Public transit in the Netherlands is amazing, so I've mostly been taking the bus or train to travel far distances. For shorter trips, I've been walking or biking. Biking is very popular in the Netherlands -- there are more bikes than people here!
The most interesting place I visited this week was the Centraal Museum in Utrecht. It's the city's main museum, and it showcases the history of Utrecht through archaeology and art.
