Although it is usually very hot and sunny, it rains here. The humidity builds up and it rains hard! You can tell that a storm is coming when you see the night sky light up. At first, I thought it was from the city lights but it is actually lightening! Last night, it started lightening and then the rain came down very hard. The raindrops are so big and heavy that when they fall on the roof, it is very loud.
