Traveler Bio

¡Buenas! Hi! My name is Olivia–but my friends call me Livi, and you can, too. I live in Panama now, a country in Latin America, but I grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

As a kid, I loved spending time outside, especially going on fishing trips with my dad. In high school, I fell in love with turtles, snakes, frogs, and salamanders–basically, anything with scales or slimy skin. I decided to study environmental science and biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, to learn more about them.

My love for nature, and learning about different cultures, has led me on so many adventures. I’ve tried new foods, learned new languages, and now I’m living in a new country. I’m excited to share my experiences in Panama with you!
