I have been reading a book about the cultural history of Russia (in English) called Natasha's Dance, by Orlando Figes. It really goes in depth with different historical figures and how they have affected the way we think about Russian culture today.
I am currently in the process of finding a gym where I can participate in yoga and dance. Stay tuned for updates on where I end up!
