Hi everyone! My name is Matthew Francis and I am a 24 year old English language teacher from Miami, Florida. Miami is a beautiful, lively, and multicultural city. Some of my favorite things to do are go to beaches, go on runs in the morning, and of course explore all the different different cultures and foods.
I have always been inspired by the large number of languages I hear being spoken in Miami. This interest led me to study English linguistics in college and then go even further to complete a Masters degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I have worked with people from so many different cultures in the United States, and that "training" will help me as a U.S. Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) in Germany.
