Yes, some of the community needs are being met. For example, to get more money, women in the community are making beautiful things to sell, such as rugs and bags. The electricity need is being met by buying solar panels. Solar panels use the sun's energy to generate electricity. As of just recently, the issue of kids walking a long way to school was met by giving kids in the community their own bikes. I got to help give out bikes to the kids and it was good to see the smiles on their faces when they received their brand new bike.
