We're still in the rainy season here in Uganda. It gets cold early in the morning until about 10 a.m., when it starts getting warm. The temperature rises to about 80 degrees Fahrenheit from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The temperature then drops to about 68 degrees in the evening.
Most people rear chicken, cattle, sheep and goat in their homes. So I see these animals almost every day.
A hot spring. A hot spring is formed when groundwater is heated by very hot rocks. This water then rises to the surface of the earth. Some of the spring water is at a safe temperature for bathing. Other hot springs are too hot to bathe in.
Most people believe the hot spring can cure any disease, so people usually go and swim in it not as recreation, but for healing purposes.
