In the beginning of this week, the weather was warm and sunny! Even though it is still sunny out most of the days now, it also gets really windy and cold during the evening.
Just like in Calfornia, a lot of people in Florence own dogs! I constantly see people walking their dogs throughout the city. However, the pet etiquette here is quite different and you can't just pet any dog you see. In Italy, people are very protective of their dogs and will get mad at you if you pet their dog without asking for permission.
This week, I was able to explore a city outside of Florence called San Gimignano! This city sits on a hill, so you get a great view of the vast green patches and fields that lay below it. I live in the city, so this was a nice change of scenery.
