Seafood is pretty common here because we live about 45 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.
I love Latin music and love to dance! Every day I listen to Latina music, on my walk to school, in the car, at restaurants, and when I go out dancing! When I listen to this type of music I am filled with joy, and my body automatically starts dancing. The other day I went out dancing and danced to "bachata", a dance from my country of origin the Dominican Republic. And I also learned to dance a little bit of salsa.
I went to the beach in a nearby town called Malaga. The beach was beautiful and was everything I dreamed of. I went on a sightseeing cruise where I sunbathed and relaxed for an hour on the boat, riding around the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Malaga was beautiful from the viewpoint of the boat ride.
This week what I have read most are my class notes because I have an exam this upcoming Friday that I need to study for. Wish me luck on my first exam abroad! I have also read many menus when I go out to eat. It is hard because the food menus here do not really have pictures, and many of the foods are new to me because it is a completely different culture.
