A little about me: I am a twenty-one year old college student from UC Santa Barbara, a college in California (all the way across the country!). When I was little, I had a dream to travel the world, and see as much as I could, like an explorer, or Dora the Explorer! (except without the monkey). Like the real explorers you see on tv, who go to end of the earth looking for fun and wild adventure, I dreamed of putting on my traveler‘s hat and heading off somewhere totally new! I would dress up my little brother and myself and, from the age of five, I would tour around the backyard of my house in Los Angeles pretending to be in the wild jungles of the Amazon or the rivers of the Grand Canyon (It became all too real when we found a real black widow the size of a nickel behind a wagon; Scary!).
